The Return of the Khilafah

Salam readers..

I just want to share one of my favourite hadith on khilafah.

“Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: ‘Prophethood will last among you for as long as Allah wills, then Allah will take it away. Then it will be (followed by) a Khilafah Rashida (rightly guided) on the pattern of the Prophethood. It will remain for as long as Allah wills, then Allah will take it away. Afterwards there will be a hereditary leadership which will remain for as long as Allah wills, then He will lift it if He wishes. Afterwards, there will be biting oppression, and it will last for as long as Allah wishes, then He will lift it if He wishes. Then there will be a Khilafah Rashida according to the ways of the Prophethood.’ Then he kept silent.” [Musnad Imam Ahmad]

Scholars explain this hadith in this way: Prophethood as in the beginning of the hadith ended with the death of Muhammad (sal Allahu alaihi wasallam). The next stage was Khilafah Rashida and this was from Abu Bakr Siddiq to Ali ibn Abi Taalib (radi Allahu anhuma). Then the Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said it would be Mulkan which was the rule of the Banu Umayyah, Banu Abbas and the Khilafah Uthmaniyyah. Then after that, he said it would be dictatorship, i.e. oppressive rule, which we are living under today. The next stage will be Khilafah Rashida once again insha-Allah.

So people, do you believe of what Allah's prophet said?. I know you do because he will never tells lies. Believe it before you see it. It is a bigger miracle rather that you saw it first then only you believe in it.
If we all believe in it, then lets all do something for our Islam. Lets be part of those who make it real, not just among those who see it happen.
Lets start doing our job and work for Islam.

Wallahualam.
Thats all for now.
Wassalam alaikum.

Dear Woman

Salam Readers..
this entry is specially dedicated to all of the muslimah, special woman.

gambar hiasan

Allah swt says in the Qur'an :

(An-Nuur 24:31)

Those verses above are actually a command from Allah swt to us to take care of our aurah or parts of our body that we need to cover. It is somehow symbolic with our dignity. If we really appreciate our dignity,we'll never easily shows our 'special part' to the public. Am I right?

Issues :

By covering my hair a.k.a wearing a hijab or tudung, i already cover my aurah?

So, what about showing a little bit hair a.k.a jambul as a way of having muslimah fashion?

What about wearing a tudung with tight outfit? people says : muslimah fashion..huh?

and more..... watch this video of various typical type of hijabbed in Malaysia.

also this interesting interview ..

Compare those video and ask yourself which category are you in?
Do you really wear hijab in a way that you cover your 'special part' and preserve your dignity?

Ask yourself..

Thats all for now.
Wassalam.

I thought there's no more

Salam readers.

The white little thing are falling down again. I'm quite not sure when does it starts to fall again and when it is going to stop. All I know is I really eager to get outside my house and play around with it. As usual, making snowman, play snow fighting and taking pictures. But my current condition doesn't allow me to do so as my fever is not get any better yet.

Truly in the Qur'an, Allah has stated :

(An-Nur : 43 )

Anyway readers, all I can do now is sitting near my window, observing this magic thing keep on falling as if its raining.

merenung ke luar tingkap, memerhatikan si putih berjatuhan..
itulah bukti kekuasaanNya

There's quite a number of verses in the Holy Qur'an mention about this. Of of those is :

Maaf
kalau aku pernah sakiti kamu
sakiti hatimu
dengan kata-kata
atau perilaku

Maaf
sekiranya aku tidak seperti itu
seperti yang kamu harapkan
kerana aku adalah aku
seadanya aku
yang penuh kekurangan dan kelemahan

Maaf
andai aku menjengkelkanmu
dengan gaya dan tingkah laku ku
aku memang begini
tidak mampu bersembunyi
dari diri sebenarku

Maaf
kalau aku menyusahkan mu
menjadi beban buatmu
mengganggu hari-hari mu
sedang aku tahu
kamu sendiri sedang buntu
ketahuilah,
aku cuma ingin menjalin ukhuwwah denganmu
demi redha-Nya

Maaf
sekiranya aku membisu
tidak membalas kata-katamu
tidak mesra seperti selalunya
kerana sungguh aku tidak mampu
berlakon di hadapanmu

Bilang saja aku emosional
terlalu mudah terasa
jiwang
seperti putus cinta
atau apa saja
terserah kamu

Kecewa
mungkin itu yang mengisi hati kecilku
dengan sikap kamu
terhadapku kamu dingin
tiada senyuman ketika melihatku
membuat aku hampa
kecewa

Astaghfirullah
sungguh aku salah
kepada Dia
kerana meletakkan harapan di bahumu
sedang Dia sudah bilang
kalau aku bisa saja kecewa
bilamana melakukan itu

Sungguh..
hanya Dia sebaik-baik tempat
untuk ku sandarkan harapanku..

sekali lagi
satu kata
MAAF
ikhlas dari diri ini
wahai saudaraku..

TOMAT (Tobat Maksiat)

dengarlah hai sobat
saat kau maksiat
dan kau bayangkan ajal mendekat
apa kan kau buat
kau takkan selamat
pasti dirimu habis dan tamat
bukan ku sok taat
sebelum terlambat
ayo sama-sama kita taubat
dunia sesaat
awas kau tersesat
ingatlah masih ada akhirat
astaghfirullahal'azim

ingat mati, ingat sakit
ingatlah saat kau sulit
ingat ingat hidup cuma satu kali
berapa dosa kau buat
berapa kali maksiat
ingat ingat sobat ingatlah akhirat
cepat ucap astaghfirullahal'azim

pandanglah ke sana
lihat yang disana
mereka yang terbaring di tanah
bukanlah mereka
pernah hidup juga
kita pun kan menyusul mereka
astaghfirullahal'azim

ingat mati, ingat sakit
ingatlah saat kau sulit
ingat ingat hidup cuma satu kali
berapa dosa kau buat
berapa kali maksiat
ingat ingat sobat ingatlah akhirat
cepat ucap astaghfirullahal'azim

cepat ucap astaghfirullahal'azim

ingat mati, ingat sakit
ingatlah saat kau sulit
ingat ingat hidup cuma satu kali
berapa dosa kau buat
berapa kali maksiat
ingat ingat sobat ingatlah akhirat
cepat ucap astaghfirullahal'azim

Pergi

hari ini kau pergi
tinggalkan aku, kami, mereka
pertemuan sekejap itu
seakan baru semalam bermula
hari ini harus berpisah

dia juga telah pergi
beberapa ketika yang lalu
hatiku resah,
aku lemah,
merasa kehilangannya,
kehilangan kalian

secebis doa,
mengiringi pengembaraanmu
menjadi hadiah buatmu
agar kamu selalu kuat
menempuh jalan ini

doa, juga kuharap darimu
agar aku selalu tabah
terus bersemangat
bisa sekuat kalian
meski tanpa kalian

tidak lama lagi,
mereka juga akan pergi,
ah.. takkan nak sedih lagi?
haruskah bersedih untuk sesuatu yang baik?
mungkin zahirnya kalian semua meninggalkan aku

dekat ketika ku terasa jauh..

p/s :
kau selalu bilang..
kalau kamu jadi bulan,
aku jadi apa?
aku mau bilang.. aku jadi cahayanya.. bukan pungguk yang slalu merindukannya..
kerana tiadalah indah bulan itu tanpa cahaya..

Meaningless work

Salam readers..

Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “It is the excellence of a man’s faith that he gives up meaningless work.” [Tirmidhi, Ahmad]

List all your activities and label them to see which belong to the category of meaningless. If the activity is not taking you towards a meaningful goal for any of the roles that arise from your ideology (e.g. Muslim, parent, son/daughter, self, breadwinner, daee, etc), then it would be to your advantage to replace it with more meaningful activity. Anything that does not bring you closer to Jannat and distance you from the Fire is meaningless in the long run, and will cause you to regret when it is too late why you bothered to waste your time with it.

One Man's Dream

Salam everyone,
Let watch this video and hopefully we'll get something from it.

The video is briefly about 10 characteristics that a Muslim should have.
Lets work out together to improve ourselves and gain all those caharacteristics so that we'll not be amongst who lost. Also, it is very important to distinguish between us and the non-believers.

That is it for now.

Being myself

Unlike the shiny stars in the sky
not colourful as the rainbow
because me is myself not them
I am what I am

And I appeared to be like this
clearly behave not so perfect
and I know I'm not them
I am what I am

Being myself
with all imperfection that I have
Being the real me
beyond self-ability

Take me
like the way I am
ordinary, as you can see
and me is not flawless

Still proud of being me
with all that I have
every moment I enjoyed
the precious life that I owned

Not the same hole

Salam readers,
I just want to share a hadith on avoiding ourselves from falling into the same hole twice.

Rasulullah SAW said: “A believer does not allow himself to be stung twice from one (and the same) hole.” [Bukhari]

A Muslim is required to learn from his or her mistakes, analyze their failures and if there is any shortcoming that he can avoid repeating, then he or she is required to avoid it. Once an individual or group has shown evil behaviour towards us, we are not to become victims again. It is not only our personal experience that we are required to learn from, but the experience of the Muslim Ummah and the guidance that we receive from Allah SWT in recognizing our friends and foes. Nobody knows better than Allah what is in a creatures heart: therefore, a sensible person will avoid harm by paying heed to the advice from the All Knower, Allah SWT.

So, hopefully everyone learnt something from this entry.
That is all for now. See you guys in the next post.

Knowledge

Salam everyone
hopefully this post reach you guys in your best condition of health and iman.

The Messenger of Allah (SAW)said: “When you pass by the meadows of Paradise indulge freely in them!" The Sahabah asked: "O Messenger of Allah! What are the meadows of Paradise?" He replied: "The circles of Ilm.” [Tabarani, Al-Mu’jam Al-Kabir]

Ilm that is mentioned here is 'beneficial knowledge'. This is the knowledge that brings us closer to our Creator and Sustainer. Many are the rewards for the seekers and teachers of ilm. This is because it is through beneficial knowledge, knowledge of the reality of this world and knowledge of the Hereafter, that we draw nearer to Allah SWT, which in turn brings us closer to Jannat.

It is a great blessing from Allah SWT when a person is able to see and value the things of this world as they really are. That is when he or she will be able to utilize their learning to benefit their Akhirah. As Rasulullah SAW used to, we should also ask Allah SWT to show us the reality of things as they really are.

Read! In the Name of your Lord, Who has created (all that exists), (1) He has created man from a clot (a piece of thick coagulated blood) (2) Read! And your Lord is the Most Generous, (3) Who has taught (the writing) by the pen. (4) He has taught man that which he knew not. (5)
(Al-Alaq 96:1-5 )

Thats all for now. Hopefully it benefits all of us.
Wassalam.

Suffering Jannah, Tempting Jahanam

Salam alaikum readers..
lets have a go on this entry regarding the reward of the believer and the punishment awaiting the non-believer..

Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wasallam) said: “The world is a prison for a believer and Paradise for a non-believer.” [Muslim]

A believer is ever mindful of Allah (subhana wa ta’ala). Therefore, he/she is not free to do what they please. They cannot wait to get to Jannah where they will have no restrictions of any kind, no suffering, no sacrifice, and no separation from their loved ones. That is why this world feels like a prison to them. Those believers who are even more cognizant of Allah (subhana wa ta'ala) are in even more pain because of their separation from Him.

An ashiq/lover always yearns to join his Beloved (subhana wa ta’ala). This is the sole thought occupying his or her mind.

You are the true innermost desire of my heart,
Love of You is the deepest thought in my mind.
Whenever I glance at the world around me,
I find that today there was naught but You,
And that tomorrow holds naught but You.

When an ashiq looks around, he finds the heedless people of the world trapped in their desires. To him the world seems like a cage.

On the other hand, a person who is not mindful of Allah, does whatever they feel like, or whatever they think they can get away with. There are indeed many things that can be enjoyed in this world. A person who is not looking forward to meeting their Lord, would spend their every moment trying to maximize their enjoyment here, short-lived though it is.

Thus, the non-believer can find this world to be a Paradise. But the believer knows that no happiness here is everlasting and that they are always in danger of falling into the hands of Shaytaan. They, therefore, long to get out of the exam that this world is and into the safety of the grave.

So readers, hopefully its beneficial for all of us. At least to think seriously of being a true believer.

Thats all for now, until next post.
Wassalam~

The strong man

Salam readers..
lets have go on this hadith regarding anger..

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “The strong man is not the one who wrestles others; rather, the strong man is the one who controls himself at times of anger.” [The Book of Al-Birr: Sahih Muslim]

That is why we see that people with weak characters suppress their anger when dealing with their superiors but take it out on those weaker than them. A weak man will take his frustrations out on his family, a woman on her children, the rich on the poor. Giving free rein to one’s anger results only in crime against Allah’s creatures. It is natural to feel anger in certain situations but the successful person is he who is able to control the expression of his anger. Not all crimes in Islam are recognized as crimes in secular law, but what matters to a Muslim is how their action is viewed by Allah. Anger is justified when the crime is against Allah and his Messenger, but even then it is best handled with a cool mind.

Hazrat Ali (radi Allahu anhu) said: “A moment of patience in a moment of anger prevents a thousand moments of regret.”

Silence

salam readers..
lets have some times reading this post..

The Prophet (sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam) said: "All of a human being's words count against him and not for him, except commanding the right, forbidding the wrong, and the mention of Allah Most High." [Tirmidhi]

The importance of keeping guard over what our tongue utters is so important that the Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said that he would guarantee Paradise to whoever could control his tongue and private parts from sin. The misuse of these is a common cause of being led to Jahannum. When Hazrat Abu Bakr (radi Allahu anhu) heard this, he put a large stone in his mouth to prevent himself from speaking without thinking. He would take the stone out if he had to speak, but then put it in again. How far we are from the example of the Sahabah...

We should adopt silence as our modus operandi, but silence when speaking is required is not commendable. Our words count in our favour, and should be uttered, when we command the right, forbid the wrong or are engaged in the remembrance of Allah Most High. Abul Qasim Qushayri said, "Safety lies in remaining silent, which should be one's basis. Silence at the appropriate time is the mark of men, just as speech at the appropriate time is one of the finest qualities. I have heard Abu Ali Daqqaq say, 'He who is silent when something should be said is a tongueless villain.'" [r 1.1: Reliance of the Traveller by Ahmad ibn Naqib al-Misri]

“All that is required for the triumph of evil is for good men to remain silent.”

hopefully we learn something from it.. insyaAllah..

thats all for now
till the next post
wassalam..

Ubat Hati

salam readers..

tersentap seketika..
tiba-tiba teringat frasa ini..
beriman, berilmu, dan beramal..
tapi..
iman tanpa ilmu..pincang
ilmu tanpa iman.. sesat
kalau ilmu tanpa amal, bukankah sia-sia..?

renungkanlah..

baiklah, back to the topic..

ubat hati itu ada 5.. iaitulah :
  • membaca al-Qur'an dan maknanya

selebihnya, berdoalah semoga Allah mencukupi..

firman Allah :

wassalam alaikum

Are you Strangers?

Salam readers..

Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “Islam initiated as something strange, and it will revert to its (old position) of being strange. So, glad tidings to the stranger!” [Muslim]

Today, we have become so distant from Islam that the way in which the Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wasallam) did some things appears strange to us. Even people who welcome Islam in their lives, find Muslims behaving strangely, which on further investigation turns about to be the recommended behaviour in Islam. So we should not shy from being perceived as strange.

Someone asked the Prophet (sal Allahu alahi wa sallam), “Who are the strangers?” He replied, “The ones who break away from their people (literally, 'tribes') for the sake of Islam.” The Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) gave glad tidings to those who will be cut off from their people because they choose to follow Islam. Everybody else’s lifestyle will have become so contrary to Allah's wishes, that the person who follows Islam will appear strange and will be rejected.

Making decision

Salam alaikum readers..
just wanna share a hadith on 'making decision'..

Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wasallam) said: “Ask yourself for a decision, ask your heart for a decision (saying it three times.) Righteousness is that with which the soul is tranquil and the heart is tranquil, but sin is that which rouses suspicion in the soul and is perplexing in the breast, even if people give you a decision in its favour.” [Mishkat]

Everybody has within them the sense to distinguish right from wrong. And each person will be held accountable for using this sense. It is possible to twist facts and get people to give the decision that you want to hear, but if your heart is not at peace with the decision then know that it is most likely sinful for you to act on it. Unfortunately, if a person sins enough then the heart becomes dead and the ability to feel disquiet dies.

Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wasallam) said: “Leave that which causes you doubt for that which does not cause you doubt.” [Tirmidhi]

This hadith is one of the ahadith around which the whole religion revolves: it is the foundation of scrupulousness (wara) around which revolves certainty; and it brings relief from the dark oppressiveness of doubts and speculation.
